Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

1. Tell us

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the item concerned. A clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough.

2. Send the goods back

Return the item within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging and condition. Return postage is at your expense, unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

3. We refund you

Once we receive the goods and confirm their condition, we refund everything you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days. Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you give us.

Exceptions

• Goods that have been used or damaged beyond what is needed to check them
• Personalised or made-to-order goods
• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery where returning them is not possible for hygiene reasons
