1. Tell us within 14 days

Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and the item you want to return.

2. Send the item back

We reply with the return address and instructions. Return postage is at your expense, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not the one you ordered, in which case we cover it.

3. Get your refund

Once the item reaches us and we have checked it, we refund the full amount you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition, with packaging and accessories
• Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned
• Refunds are made by bank transfer, since orders are paid in cash on delivery

Faulty items

Products are covered by the two-year EU legal guarantee of conformity. If something stops working, contact us and we will arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund.
